摘　　要：基底细胞癌是最常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤,其疗法众多。光动力疗法作为微创与肿瘤特异性治疗手段因具发展前景而逐渐受到关注。目前其抗肿瘤机制未完全清楚,且可能存在耐药机制。单一疗法的疗效差异受多因素影响,合理的联合疗法或为更优方案。Basal cell carcinoma is the most prevalent cutaneous malignant neoplasm,which exist many treatments.Photodynamic therapy as a minimally invasive and tumor specific treatment has been paid attention gradually.Now its anti-tumor mechanism is incompletely clear,it may exist resistance.The efficacy of monotherapy is affected by many factors,and the rational combination therapy may be the better plan.
