摘  要:目的:对比医学本科影像学诊断教学中案例教学与传统教学在专业知识学习和学生主观评价方面的差别。方法:受试对象为石河子大学2018级临床本科1-3班,共86人。随机分为案例教学组(测试组)和传统教学组(对照组)。在课程结束后进行专业知识考核以及主观评价问卷调查。结果:在专业知识考核中测试组学生理论考核和阅片考核成绩均显著高于对照组;主观评价问卷结果显示测试组学生选择激发学习兴趣、有助于知识点的掌握、培养临床影像诊断思维、接受该方法为常规教学方法的比例显著高于对照组。结论:在医学影像学教学中,案例教学能够成为传统教学方法的补充方案,且具有更好的教学效果。Objective:To compare the differences between case teaching and traditional teaching in professional knowledge learning and students’subjective evaluation.Methods:The subjects were 86 clinical undergraduate students from Class 1-3 of Shihezi University,Grade 2018.Randomly divided into case teaching group(test group)and traditional teaching group(control group).After the course,a questionnaire survey of professional knowledge and subjective evaluation was conducted.Results:In the professional knowledge assessment(including theoretical assessment and medical image reading assessment),the scores of the test group were significantly higher than the control group.The results of the subjective evaluation questionnaire showed that the proportion of students in the test group who chose stimulate learning interest,helpful to master the knowledge point,cultivate the thinking of clinical image diagnosis,and accepted as a routine teaching method was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:In medical imaging teaching,case teaching can become an alternative to traditional teaching methods and has better teaching effects.
