摘  要:目的为CT遥控检查床配装一套可视化系统(自制天眼),辅助进行精确摆位的需要,并探讨其在新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)CT检查中的应用价值。资料与方法使用一个立式平板(安卓系统)以及低功耗电池的WiFi摄像机搭建的可视化系统,作为CT(Philips iCT)遥控检查床的可视化辅助。评价自制天眼在COVID-19 CT检查中的应用价值及操作的便携性、屏幕标尺的摆位准确性及实际扫描的可靠性,探讨该方法的优缺点和可行性。结果自制天眼的搭建成本低,总成本1580元,可视化系统可以配合CT的遥控床功能对上下床和进床进行必要和可靠的监测。通过测量和标记,床位定位验证的结果,标尺距离0点越远,偏差越大,但最大偏差为I80的-4.3 mm<5 mm。用该方法定位扫描20例患者的定位像,图像均满足扫描要求。结论在有遥控床功能的CT上安装可视化系统,是一种可行的低成本方法,在进行COVID-19 CT检查时,既能够增加操作者的安全性,又可以有效监控患者,保证遥控摆位的安全。Purpose To equip a set of visualization system for CT examination bed,assist in the precise placement of the need,and explore its application value in CT screening of COVID-19.Materials and Methods The visualization system was compound with a vertical IPAD(Android system)and WiFi camera with low power battery,as a visualization aid of CT(Philips iCT)remote control table.The COVID-19 was evaluated in CT examination,and its operation was carried out in a portable automatic eye detection system.The accuracy of the screen scale and the reliability of the actual scanning were evaluated.The advantages,disadvantages and feasibility of this method were discussed.Results The construction of self-made sky-camera was low-cost,with total cost 1580 yuan.The visualization system could cooperate with the remote-control bed function of CT to carry out necessary and reliable monitoring of bed up and down and bed entering.Through measurement and marking,the bed entry distance on the screen could be set.Through measurement and marking,the results of bed positioning verification showed that the farther the ruler was from 0 point,the greater the deviation was,but the maximum deviation was-4.3 mm<5 mm of I80.The scouts of 20 patients were scanned with this method,and all the images met the scanning requirements.Conclusion It is a feasible and low-cost method that installing visualization system on CT with the remotely operated bed.It can increase the safety of the operator and effectively monitor the safety of the remote-control position when CT is performed.
