变压吸附制氢收率影响因素浅析

摘　　要：介绍变压吸附制氢装置的运行情况,对影响氢气收率的因素进行分析,有针对性的对收率偏低的原因进行排查,通过更换少量破损吸附剂、减少原料气中杂质含量、检修程控阀门及优化工艺操作,氢气收率提高了4.7%。This paper described the operation of Pressure Swing Adsorption of hydrogen,analyzed the factors affecting the yield of hydrogen,targeted to troubleshoot the cause of low yield,by replacing a small amount of damage absorbent,reducing impurities in the raw gas,repairing program-controlled valves and optimizing process operation,the yield of hydrogen increased 4.7 percentage points.
