摘　　要：为安装好提升机液压制动系统,介绍了提升机液压制动系统主要包括的机械部件,提出了液压站,制动闸盘、闸座以及油液管路的具体安装方法,并对提升机工作制动部分以及安全制动部分进行了调试,通过调试可知提升机恒减速液压制动系统制动效果良好,运行平稳,可达到更好的保障提升机安全稳定运行的目的。In order to install the hydraulic braking system of hoist,this paper introduces the main mechanical components of hydraulic braking system of hoist,puts forward the concrete installation methods of hydraulic station,brake disc,brake seat and oil pipeline,and debugs the working braking part and safety braking part of hoist.Through debugging,it can be known that the constant deceleration hydraulic braking system of hoist has good braking effect and stable operation,which can better ensure the safe and stable operation of hoist.
