摘 要:不同槽极组合及转子磁路结构对电机的性能和加工过程有直接的影响,不同定子槽数、转子极数和转子磁路结构之间存在多种可能的组合。为了缩小选择空间,缩短设计阶段方案选择的周期,以12槽10极、表贴式转子的分数槽永磁无刷直流电动机作为初始方案,以输出转矩作为设计指标,分别设计并研究了具有不同定子槽数、转子极数和转子磁路结构的多个方案,并利用电磁分析软件Ansoft对各方案进行计算分析,给出不同方案的特点和适用场景。Different slot-pole combinations and rotor magnetic circuit structures have a direct impact on the performance and manufacturing process of the motor.There are many possible combinations among different stator slot numbers,rotor pole numbers and rotor magnetic circuit structures.In order to reduce the selection range and shorten the cycle using in the design stage,taking a fractional-slot permanent magnet brushless DC motor with 12-slot 10-pole and surface-mounted rotor structure as the initial scheme,and the output torque as the design target,different schemes with different slot-pole combinations and rotor magnetic circuit structures were designed and studied.Each scheme was analyzed by using electromagnetic analysis software Ansoft,the characteristics and application scenarios of each scheme were given.
