摘  要:从气隙谐波磁场的角度对具有相同尺寸参数的12槽4极整数槽分布绕组与6槽4极分数槽集中绕组永磁同步电机进行了综合对比。基于气隙磁场调制理论,建立了分布绕组与集中绕组永磁同步电机的气隙永磁磁场和电枢反应磁场模型,分析了分布绕组与集中绕组永磁同步电机气隙磁场特性,并通过有限元进行验证。基于气隙磁场特性,通过有限元分析了两种电机的齿槽转矩、空载反电动势、输出转矩及其随电流的变化、永磁体损耗及其随转子速度的变化。基于气隙谐波磁场总结了分布绕组与集中绕组永磁同步电机的优缺点。Comprehensive comparison of the 12-slot 4-pole integer slot distributed winding(ISDW)and the 6-slot 4-pole fractional slot concentrated winding(FSCW)PM synchronous machine with the same dimensions were conducted from the perspective of air-gap harmonic magnetic field.Based on air-gap field modulation theory,the analytical models of the air-gap permanent magnetic field and armature reaction magnetic field of the machines were established to analysis their characteristics which verified by finite dement method.According to the characteristics,the cogging torque,no-load back electromotive force,output torque and its variation with current,permanent magnet loss and its variation with rotor speed were predicted by finite dement method.The advantages and disadvantages of distributed winding and concentrated winding permanent magnet synchronous motors were summarized from the point of air-gap magnetic fields.
