摘  要:某热镀锌板在汽车涂装线上电泳后出现麻点。通过涂装线现场调查及缺陷样板微观形貌和成分分析,确定麻点产生的原因是涂装前处理异常,使得磷化结晶异常,甚至无法成膜,导致后续电泳存在不均匀沉积。调整涂装前处理工艺参数后问题得以解决。Some pits appeared on the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet after electrophoretic coating in an automobile painting line.The causes of the formation of pits were found by investigation on the painting line,as well as micromorphology and composition analysis of the sampled hot-dip galvanized steel sheet.Abnormal crystallization occurred during phosphating,or even failure in film formation due to the ineffective pretreatment of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet prior to painting,leading to ununiform deposition during the subsequent electrophoresis.The problem was solved by adjusting the process parameters of pretreatment.
