摘 要:采用双酚A型环氧树脂和有机硅作为成膜物,通过考察单体之间的配比以及选择不同类型的有机硅和固化剂,研制出一种能够在常温下固化的耐高温环氧改性有机硅吸收太阳能涂料。以硅油256作为有机硅,以二亚乙基三胺与丁基缩水甘油醚的加成物作为固化剂,以焦油代替颜填料,当m(双酚A型环氧树脂)∶m(有机硅)=2.7∶7.3,V(有机硅)∶V(KH-550偶联剂)=4∶1,V(固化剂)∶V(有机硅)=1∶3时,所得涂膜对太阳光谱的吸收率为0.96,反射率为0.04,具有较好的耐高温吸光性能。A normal-temperature-curable and high-temperature-resistant epoxy-modified organosilicon solar-energyabsorbing paint was prepared from bisphenol A type epoxy resin and organosilicon by studying the proportions of the monomers and the effects of different organosilicons and curing agents.The coating prepared with Silicone Oil 256 as organosilicon,the adduct of diethylenetriamine and butyl glycidyl ether as curing agent,and tar rather than pigment and filler had a solar absorptivity of 0.96 and a reflectivity of 0.04 when the mass ratio of epoxy resin to organosilicon is 2.7:7.3,the volume ratio of organosilicon to KH-550 coupling agent is 4:1,and the volume ratio of curing agent to organosilicon is 1:3,showing good high-temperature resistance and light absorptivity.
