摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)提供锚固基团,甲氧基聚氧乙烯醚(500)丙烯酸酯(m PEG500MA)提供溶剂化链,制备了DMAEMA–mPEG500MA二元共聚物水性超分散剂。考察了两种单体的配比、引发剂用量、链转移剂用量和保温时间对炭黑分散效果的影响。采用单因素试验和正交试验得到最优合成条件为:DMAEMA与m PEG500MA的物质的量比2.5∶1.0,偶氮二异丁腈占单体质量的1.5%,正十二烷基硫醇占单体质量的3.0%,保温时间3 h。此时炭黑分散液的黏度为42 mPa·s,细度为5μm,分散力达98%。An aqueous binary copolymer hyperdispersant was synthesized with dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA)having anchoring group and methoxy polyoxyethylene ether(500)acrylate(mPEG500 MA)providing solvation chain.The effects of proportions of monomers,dosages of initiator and chain transfer agent,as well as holding time on the dispersion of carbon black were studied.The optimal synthetic conditions were determined by single-factor experiments and orthogonal test as follows:DMAEMA-to-mPEG500 MA molar ratio 2.5:1,2,2′-azobis(2-methylpropionitrile)1.5%with respect to the total mass of monomers,1-dodecanethiol 3.0%with respect to the total mass of monomers,and holding time 3 h.The carbon black dispersion prepared with the hyperdispersant has a viscosity of 42 mPa·s,a fineness of 5μm,and a dispersibility of 98%.
