摘　　要：目的分析子痫前期患者肝功能与胎盘生长因子(PLGF)对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月石家庄市第四医院诊治的137例子痫前期患者作为研究对象。将其中70例轻度子痫前期患者纳入轻度组,67例重度子痫前期患者纳入重度组。另选取80例同期正常产检孕妇作为对照组。观察三组肝功能指标[胆碱酯酶(CHE)、谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、总胆红素(TBIL)]与PLGF水平及妊娠结局。结果对照组与轻度组肝功能各指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重度组CHE、GGT、AST、ALT水平较对照组高,TP、Alb水平较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度组GGT、AST、ALT较轻度组高,TP、Alb、TBIL水平较轻度组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度组PLGF水平较轻度组、对照组低,且轻度组PLGF水平较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度组新生儿Apgar评分和体重较轻度组及对照组低,且轻度组新生儿Apgar评分和体重较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子痫前期患者PLGF、肝功能指标均出现改变,对胎儿生长发育影响较大。Objective To analyze the effects of liver function and placental growth factor(PLGF)on pregnancy outcome in patients with preeclampsia.Methods 137 cases of preeclampsia patients treated in Shijiazhuang the Fourth Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects.Seventy patients with mild preeclampsia were included in the mild group and 67 patients with severe preeclampsia in the severe group.Another 80 cases of pregnant women with normal prenatal examination during the same period were selected as control group.Liver function indexes(CHE,GGT,AST,ALT,TP,Alb,TBIL),PLGF levels and pregnancy outcomes were observed in three groups.Results There was no significant difference in liver function indexes between control group and mild group(P>0.05).The levels of CHE,GGT,AST and ALT in severe group were higher than those in control group,while the levels of TP and Alb were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of GGT,AST and ALT in severe group were higher than those in mild group,while those of TP,Alb and TBIL were lower than those in mild group(P<0.05).PLGF level in severe group was lower than that in mild group and control group,and PLGF level in mild group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Apgar score and body weight of neonates in severe group were lower than those in mild group and control group,and Apgar score and body weight of neonates in mild group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The PLGF and liver function indexes in patients with preeclampsia will change,and bring a great influence on fetal growth and development.
