摘  要:文中讨论了水厂加药间合理工艺设计和防腐蚀处理措施的重要性,深入总结了工程实践中加药间防腐蚀设计存在的问题和不足。根据实践经验和参照规范要求,针对不同的投加药剂种类,结合其腐蚀性质、施工维修条件和生产操作管理水平等,综合性地提出进行防腐蚀措施设计时的应用与优化;并对建筑、结构、电气等相关专业的工程措施针对性地提出了防腐蚀要求。结果显示,通过参照相关规范要求,科学、针对性地进行防腐蚀设计,可以有效提升加药的安全性,适用于其他类似工程参考。Importance of efficient water plant dosing process and corrosion prevention process design is discussed.Problems and deficiencies in anti-corrosion design of chemical room in engineering practices are also introduced.According to the various corrosion conditions of chemicals,comprehensive selection of corrosion prevention measures should be required.Levels of construction and maintenance ability as well as management and operation skills are also considered.By referring the specifications of technical regulations and the experiences of many engineering practices,optimizing references are applicable to other similar cases.Conclusions show that the safety of dosing can be effectively improved by scientific and targeted anti-corrosion design according to relevant specifications.
