摘  要:为解决预处理段拦渣效果差、氧化沟弯道沉泥等问题,改造一期工程,提高生化脱氮除磷效率,并应用高表面负荷[8.8 m^(3)/(h·m^(2))]的高效沉淀+科学过滤精度(20μm)的精密过滤器稳定组合工艺,达到高效除磷效果。改造后出水指标COD_(Cr)<40 mg/L、SS<10 mg/L、NH_(3)-N<5(8)mg/L、TN<15 mg/L、TP<0.5 mg/L、粪大肠菌群数<1000个/L,优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。其中,COD达到《湖南省城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放标准》(DB43/T 1546—2018)二级标准。实践证明,采用高效沉淀-精密过滤工艺,能够解决污水厂占地紧张、征地的难题,降低了项目投资,保障了出水稳定达标排放,工程实际运行效果良好。In order to solve the problems of poor slag blocking effect in the pretreatment section and sedimentation of the oxidation ditch curve,the first phase of the project is transformed to improve the efficiency of biochemical nitrogen and phosphorus removal.And high-efficiency precipitation with high surface load[8.8 m^(3)/(h·m^(2))]+scientific filtration precision(20μm)precision filter stabilizes combined process to achieve high-efficiency phosphorus removal effect.After wastewater treatment,effluent quality is superior to the first level A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002)and COD meet secondary standard requirements of Discharge Standard of Major Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(DB43/T 1546—2018),COD_(Cr)<40 mg/L,SS<10 mg/L,NH_(3)-N<5(8)mg/L,TN<15 mg/L,TP<0.5 mg/L,fecal coliform group<1000/L.Process not only solves the problems of land occupation and land acquisition of wastewater plant,but also reduces project investment,and ensures stable discharge of effluent to the standard.Actual operation effect of the project is good.
