摘 要:教育信息化的快速发展对师生信息素养提出了更高要求,师生信息素养已成为决定教育教学改革成败的关键因素。总体上,信息素养在工业时代、信息时代和智能时代表现出不同的价值内涵,并逐渐由外延式发展向内涵式发展转变。信息素养外延式发展的目标、过程、结果的外在性容易使得人的发展陷入单向度境地,在促进信息技术与教育深度融合、培养创新人才、建设教育强国的时代背景下,要实现人的全面发展,培养信息时代的合格公民,加快信息素养向内涵式发展转变至关重要。为此,我们必须树立以人为本的信息素养培育理念,尊重人的主体性地位,促进差异化、个性化发展;创新人技融合的信息素养教学方式,构建人与技术的具身关系,实现个体具身性、适应性的发展;构建生命主义取向的评价体系,采用数据驱动的评价方式,推进师生信息素养发展从外部要求向内生动力转变。The rapid development of educational informatization has put forward higher requirements for teachers’and students’information literacy.Information literacy has become a key factor in determining the success of online teaching.Overall,information literacy shows different connotations in the industrial age,information age,and intelligent age.Its meaning is gradually changing from denotative development to connotative one.The externality of the goal,process,and result of information literacy’s denotative development makes human development fall into a one-way situation.In the context of promoting the deep integration of information technology and education,cultivating innovative talents,and building a strong educational nation,it is important to accelerate the transformation of information literacy to connotative development in order to realize human’s all-round development.For this reason,it is necessary:1)to establish the concept of people-oriented information literacy cultivation and respect the subjective position of human beings,so as to realize individual’s personalized development;2)to innovate the teaching method of information literacy and construct the embodied relationship between human and technology,so as to realize individual’s embodied and adaptive development;3)to construct a life-oriented educational evaluation system and adopt a data-driven assessment method,so as to promote the development of teachers and students’information literacy shift from passive to active.
