摘　　要：空冷岛是除锅炉、汽轮机、发电机之外的第四大主机,直接空冷系统的施工、调试质量对整个空冷机组安全、经济稳定运行具有重要意义。文章主要介绍直接空冷系统在基建安装、调试过程中如何控制质量要点,保证机组投产后的真空系统严密性。Air cooling island is the fourth main engine except boiler,steam turbine and generator.The construction and commissioning quality of direct air cooling system is of great significance to the safe,economic and stable operation of the whole air cooling unit.This paper mainly introduces how to control the quality of the direct air cooling system in the process of infrastructure installation and commissioning,so as to ensure the tightness of the vacuum system after the unit is put into operation.
