处方前置审核系统前期运行的科室选择分析

摘　　要：目的:探索处方前置审核前期运行适宜科室,推进前置审核系统的运行,促进患者的合理用药。方法:根据前期对北京市密云区中医医院2019年7月1日至2019年12月31日的处方进行统计分析,整理出处方常见的错误类型、科室处方开具的特点,结合院门诊科室处方量,遴选出处方前置审核系统适宜运行的科室。结果:通过综合处方和科室的特点,探索出院处方前置审核系统适宜开放的科室为高血压门诊和糖尿病门诊。结论:通过对高血压门诊和糖尿病门诊应用处方前置审核系统的情况分析,为后期医院其他科室运行提供依据和参考,促进患者合理用药。Objective:To explore the prescription pre audit early appropriate department operation,the operation of the advancing front audit system,to promote the rational use of drugs in patients.Methods:According to the previous statistical analysis of prescriptions from July 1,2019 to December 31,2019 in Beijing Miyun District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,we sorted out the common error types of prescriptions and the characteristics of department prescriptions.Combined with the amount of outpatient prescriptions,we selected the department suitable for the operation of prescription pre audit system.Results:Through comprehensive hospital prescription and the characteristics of departments,explore prescription lead audit system is suitable for open clinic and diabetes clinic department for high blood pressure.Conclusion:Through the application of the prescription pre-review system in the hypertension and diabetes outpatient departments,it can provide the basis and reference for the operation of other departments in the hospital in the later stage,promote rational drug use of patients.
