摘  要:目的优选黄柏栓水提工艺。方法以黄芩苷和干浸膏率的综合评分作为评价指标,采用正交试验法优选黄柏栓的水提工艺,并验证最佳工艺的可靠性。结果最佳水提工艺是:7倍水浸泡0.5 h,提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选的水提工艺合理可行,稳定性高,具可操作性和重复性。OBJECTIVE Optimization of water extraction process of HuangBai suppository.METHODS With the comprehensive score of baicalin and dry extract rate as the evaluation index,the water extraction process of HuangBai suppository was optimized by orthogonal test,and the reliability of the optimal process was verified.RESULTS The best preparation process was as follows:7 times of water and soaking for 0.5 h,extracting third,each time for 1 h.CONCLUSION The optimized centrifugal process of water extraction is reasonable and feasible,stable and reliable,with operability and repeatability.
