摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定蜂胶小分子凝胶中白杨素的含量,完善蜂胶小分子凝胶的质量标准,为蜂胶小分子凝胶制剂评价研究奠定基础。方法采用Agilent 1260高效液相色谱仪,以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(35∶25∶0.3)为流动相,检测波长为268 nm,柱温25℃对白杨素进行含量测定。结果白杨素在0.42~41.60μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为98.47%(RSD=1.93%,n=6),精密度、稳定性、重现性均符合要求。结论该方法可以用于蜂胶小分子凝胶中白杨素的含量测定,可列入质量标准。OBJECTIVE A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established to determine the content of chrysin in propolis small molecule gel and to perfect the quality standard of propolis small molecule gel.METHODS The content of chrysin was determined by Agilent 1260 HPLC with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(35∶25∶0.3)as mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 268 nm,column temperature of 25℃.RESULTS The chrysin showed a good linear relationship in the range 0.42-41.60μg,and the recovery was 98.47%(RSD=1.93%,n=6).The precision,stability and reproducibility all met the requirements.CONCLUSION This method can be used to determine the content of chrysin in propolis small molecule gel and can be included in the quality standard.
