惠血生片一致性检验模型的建立及应用研究

摘　　要：目的利用近红外光谱法开展针对特定厂家、特定品种、规格和剂型建立一致性检验模型,为药品市场的监督管理及药品抽样工作提供了强有力的技术保障。方法在4000~12000/cm的全谱段范围内的采集惠血生片的近红外光谱图,采用OPUS5.0分析软件对光谱图进行一定的预处理后建立一致性检验模型,并利用三台仪器对所建立的模型进行交叉验证。结果通过仪器的交叉验证,利用所建立的一致性检验模型能有效、快速、准确地对惠血生片进行真伪鉴别。结论所用方法快速简便、准确有效,适用于对假劣药品的快速筛查,能更有效的净化药品市场。OBJECTIVE To establish a consistency test model for specific manufacturers,varieties,specifications and dosage forms by near infrared spectroscopy,which provides a strong technical guarantee for the supervision and management of drug market and drug sampling.METHODS The near-infrared spectrogram of HuiXueSheng tablet was collected in the range of 4000-12000/cm.The consistency test model was established after preprocessing the spectrogram with OPUS 5.0 analysis software,and the model was cross verified with three instruments.RESULTS Through the cross validation of the instrument,the established consistency test model could effectively,quickly and accurately identify the authenticity of HuiXueSheng tablets.CONCLUSION The method is rapid,simple,accurate and effective.It is suitable for the rapid screening of fake and inferior drugs and can purify the drug market more effectively.
