摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方氨肽素片中氨茶碱溶出度的方法。方法采用Agilent 5 HC-C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(10∶90),柱温35℃,检测波长为272 nm,进样体积为20μL,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1)。结果茶碱的线性范围为6.09~36.53μg·mL^(-1)(r=1.0000),平均回收率为100.42%,RSD为0.2%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用来测定氨茶碱的溶出度。OBJRCTIVE To establish a method for the determination of aminophylline dissolution in compound amino-polypeptide tablets by high performance liquid chromatography.METHODS Agilent 5 HC-C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(10∶90),the column temperature was 35 C,the detection wavelength was 272 nm,the injection volume was 20μL,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1).RESULTS Theophylline had a linear range of 6.09-36.53 g·mL^(-1)(r=1.0000),with an average recovery of 100.42%and RSD of 0.2%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used to determine the dissolution of aminophylline.
