摘　　要：目的建立UPLC法同时测定枳椇子配方颗粒(枳椇子)中5种水溶性黄酮的含量。方法该药物70%乙醇提取液的分析采用Acquity BEH C_(18)色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm);流动相水(含0.1%磷酸)-乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.13 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长335 nm。结果新西兰牡荆苷2、二氢杨梅素、斯皮诺素、6‴-O-对香豆酰斯皮诺素、杨梅素分别在0.57~18.26、4.00~128.13、1.60~51.24、1.02~32.52、0.80~25.47μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9998),平均加样回收率分别为97.8%、99.1%、98.8%、96.7%、99.7%,RSD分别为1.3%、0.79%、1.6%、1.2%、1.4%。结论该方法简便快速,重复性好,可用于枳椇子配方颗粒的质量控制。AIM To establish a UPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of five water-soluble flavonoids in Zhijuzi Formula Granules(Hovenia dulcis Thunb.).METHODS The analysis of 70%ethanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Acquity BEH C_(18) column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),with the mobile phase comprising of water(containing 0.1%phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile flowing at 0.13 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelength was set at 335 nm.RESULTS ViceninⅡ,dihydromyricetin,spinosin,6‴-O-coumaroylspinosin,myricetin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0.57-18.26,4.00-128.13,1.60-51.24,1.02-32.52,0.80-25.47μg/mL(r≥0.9998),whose average recoveries were 97.8%,99.1%,98.8%,96.7%,99.7%with the RSDs of 1.3%,0.79%,1.6%,1.2%,1.4%,respectively.CONCLUSION This simple,rapid and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Zhijuzi Formula Granules.
