加味五味消毒饮联合常规治疗对热毒壅滞型脓毒血症患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨加味五味消毒饮联合常规治疗对热毒壅滞型脓毒血症患者的临床疗效。方法94例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组47例,对照组给予常规治疗(早期体液复苏、抗感染、吸氧等),观察组在对照组基础上加用加味五味消毒饮,疗程1周。检测临床疗效、WBC、PCT、IL-6、NT-ProBNP、ALT、Scr、免疫功能指标(CD4+、CD3+、CD4+/CD8+)、PAC-1、LAC、APACHEⅡ评分变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组WBC、PCT、IL-6、NT-ProBNP、ALT、Scr、PAC-1、LAC、APACHEⅡ评分降低(P<0.05),免疫功能指标升高(P<0.05)。结论加味五味消毒饮联合常规治疗可降低热毒壅滞型脓毒血症患者促炎因子水平,减轻炎症反应,提高免疫力,改善高凝状态。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Supplemented Wuwei Xiaodu Drink combined with conventional treatment on patients with sepsis due to Heat-toxin Congestion and Stagnation.METHODS Ninety-four patients were randomly assigned into control group(47 cases)for 1-week intervention of conventional treatment(early fluid resuscitation,anti-infection,oxygen inhalation,etc.),and observation group(47 cases)for 1-week intervention of both Supplemented Wuwei Xiaodu Drink and conventional treatment.The changes in clinical efficacy,WBC,PCT,IL-6,NT-ProBNP,ALT,Scr,immune function indices(CD4+,CD3+,CD4+/CD8+),PAC-1,LAC and APACHEⅡscore were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased WBC,PCT,IL-6,NT-ProBNP,ALT,Scr,PAC-1,LAC and APACHEⅡscore(P<0.05),and increased immune function indices(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with sepsis due to Heat-toxin Congestion and Stagnation,Supplemented Wuwei Xiaodu Drink combined with conventional treatment can reduce proinflammatory factor levels,relieve inflammatory responses,enhance immunity and improve hypercoagulable state.
