疏血通注射液联合吡拉西坦对高血压并急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨疏血通注射液联合吡拉西坦对高血压并急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法142例患者随机分为对照组(70例)和观察组(72例),对照组给予吡拉西坦,观察组在对照组基础上加用疏血通注射液,疗程14 d。检测临床疗效、NIHSS评分、血液流变学指标(全血黏度高切、全血黏度低切、血浆黏度)、血脂指标(TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C)、血清指标(Hcy、hs-CRP)变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、血液流变学指标、TC、TG、LDL-C、血清指标低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C更高(P<0.05)。2组均无严重不良反应。结论疏血通注射液联合吡拉西坦可安全有效地改善高血压并急性脑梗死患者神经功能、血液流变学指标及血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Shuxuetong Injection combined with piracetam on hypertensive patients with acute cerebral infarction.METHODS One hundrred and forty-two patients were randomly assigned into control group(70 cases)for 14-day administration of piracetam,and observation group(72 cases)for 14-day administration of both Shuxuetong Injection and piracetam.The changes in clinical efficacy,NIHSS score,hemorheological indices(high shear of whole blood viscosity,low shear of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity),blood lipid indices(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)and serum indices(Hcy,hs-CRP)were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the observation group displayed lower NIHSS score,hemorheological indices,TC,TG,LDL-C and serum indices than the control group(P<0.05),along with higher HDL-C(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions were observable in the two groups.CONCLUSION For the patients with hypertension and acute cerebral infarction,Shuxuetong Injection combined with piracetam can safely and effectively improves nerve func-tions,hemorheological indices and serum Hcy,hs-CRP levels..
