摘 要:多聚磷酸(PPA)分别与SBS、橡胶粉进行复配,研究PPA对聚合物改性沥青混合料性能的影响。结果表明,PPA与SBS复配后,混合料动稳定度是SBS改性沥青1.61倍,且在不同加载应变下,疲劳寿命均高出10000次以上。PPA与橡胶粉复配后,混合料动稳定度是SBS改性沥青的1.27倍,其低温抗裂性、水稳定性和抗疲劳能力略高于SBS改性沥青混合料。PPA的加入削弱了混合料抗低温能力,但PPA/SBS以及PPA/橡胶粉复配改性沥青混合料在合适的掺量下,其在低温条件下抗开裂能力和抗水损害能力仍然满足规范要求,具有良好的路用性能。In order to improve the performance of asphalt pavement,combined PPA with SBS,PPA with rubber powder.The effect of PPA on the performance of polymer modified asphalt mixture was studied by laboratory test.The results demonstrate that after the mixture of PPA and SBS,the dynamic stability of the mixture is 1.61 times higher than that of SBS modified asphalt,and the fatigue life is more than 10000 times under different loading strains.The dynamic stability of the PPA/rubber powder composite modified asphalt mixture is 1.27 times that of the SBS modified asphalt mixture,and its low-temperature crack resistance,water stability and fatigue resistance are slightly higher than the SBS modified asphalt mixture.Although the addition of PPA has weakened the low-temperature performance of the asphalt mixture,the low-temperature crack resistance and water damage resistance of PPA/SBS and PPA/rubber powder composite modified asphalt mixtures are still higher than the requirements of the specification at the appropriate amount.Two kinds of composite modified asphalt mixture have good road performance.
