摘 要:依据吩嗪与RT培司副产废料中其他组分溶解度差异,采用乙醇萃取法,按照废料/乙醇1∶4 g/mL的比例,将废料中易溶部分杂质分离;进一步用乙醇按萃余物/乙醇1∶12 g/mL的比例,将吩嗪、萃余色素加热溶解,同时添加与萃余物质量比为6%的活性炭,在82℃条件下脱色32 min,趁热过滤,除去活性炭及不溶性杂质。产品收率达55%,色泽明亮,纯度达98.5%以上。According to the difference of solubility between phenazine and other components in RT bass by-product waste,the soluble impurities in the waste were separated by ethanol extraction method according to the ratio of waste/ethanol 1∶4(g/mL);phenazine and colored raffinate were further dissolved in ethanol at the ratio of 1∶12(g/mL)of extraction residue/ethanol,and activated carbon with mass ratio of 6%was added to decolorize at 82℃for 32 min,remove activated carbon and insoluble impurities by hot filtration.The yield of the product was 55%,the color is bright,the purity was over 98.5%.
