摘 要:研究废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒对苯和正己烷两种VOCs的吸附效果。结果表明,静态吸附实验中,单位质量的橡胶颗粒对正己烷的吸附为0.18 mg/g,对苯的吸附为0.072 mg/g。废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒对VOCs的吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附模型和拟一级动力学方程。其中Freundlich常数1/n<2,表明废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒对VOCs的吸附较易进行,且颗粒内扩散不是控制吸附过程的唯一步骤。动态吸附实验中,反应柱内正己烷气体平衡时的浓度为2507.01 mg/m^(3),橡胶颗粒对正己烷的吸附量为0.591 mg/g;反应柱内苯气体平衡时的浓度为105.61 mg/m^(3),橡胶颗粒对苯的吸附量为0.059 mg/g。The adsorption effects of waste tire rubber particles on benzene and n-hexane VOCs were studied.The results showed that in the static adsorption experiment,the adsorption of n-hexane and benzene by rubber particles per unit mass were 0.18 mg/g and 0.072 mg/g respectively.The adsorption of VOCs by waste tire rubber particles accords with Freundlich isothermal adsorption model and pseudo-first-order kinetic equation.Among them,the Freundlich constant 1/n is less than 2,which indicates that the adsorption of VOCs by waste tire rubber particles is easy,and the intra-particle diffusion is not the only step to control the adsorption process.In the dynamic adsorption experiment,the concentration of n-hexane in the reaction column at gas equilibrium is 2507.01 mg/m^(3),the adsorption capacity of rubber particles to n-hexane is 0.591 mg/g,the concentration of benzene in the reaction column is 105.61 mg/m^(3),and the adsorption capacity of rubber particles to benzene is 0.059 mg/g.
