摘  要:开发了一元化生物胶压裂液,根据储层的温度调整一元化生物胶压裂液和水混合的比例制备压裂液,并对一元化生物胶压裂液体系的性能进行评价。结果表明,一元化生物胶压裂液体系具有非常好的耐温耐剪切性能,在130℃下连续剪切120 min,黏度大于30 mPa·s。同时携砂性能良好,破胶彻底,破胶后残渣远低于常规胍胶压裂液残渣,破胶液与地层水配伍性良好。破胶液再次加入一元化生物胶后可再次形成压裂液,重复3次均性能稳定,具有良好的应用前景和推广价值。According to the temperature of the reservoir,the proportion of the fracturing fluid mixed with water is adjusted to prepare the fracturing fluid,and the performance of the fracturing fluid system of the biological glue is evaluated.The results show that the unitized biological glue fracturing fluid system has good temperature and shear resistance.After cutting 120 min at 130℃,the viscosity is greater than 30 mPa·s.And the sand-carrying performance is good.The glue breaking residue is far lower than the conventional guar gum fracturing fluid,and the glue breaking fluid has good compatibility with formation water.The fracture fluid can be formed again after adding the unitied biological glue,and the performance is stable for three times,which has a good application prospect and promotion value.
