摘 要:采用正渗透技术处理煤气化废水,研究了正渗透过程纯水透过通量与膜活性层朝向、膜面流速及汲取液的关系。结果表明,膜活性层朝向为AL-FS、膜面流速为20 cm/s时处理效果最好,处理后浓水处理量可减少50%以上。Coal gasification wastewater was treated by forward osmosis technology.The relationship between the flux of pure water and the orientation of membrane active layer,the velocity of membrane surface and the absorbing liquid in the process of forward osmosis was studied.The results showed that the treatment effect was the best when the active layer orientation was AL-FS and the membrane surface velocity was 20 cm/s,after treatment,the treatment capacity of concentrated water could be reduced by 50%above.
