摘  要:将壳聚糖改性凹凸棒土作为小球藻的絮凝剂,研究其絮凝性能和作用机制。研究得最佳絮凝条件为:壳聚糖和凹凸棒土的比例为1∶2,pH为5,投加量为0.5 g/L,沉降时间为2 h,絮凝率可达88.7%。SEM检测结果表明,改性后凹凸棒土表面积增加,有利于吸附小球藻;Zeta电位结果显示,壳聚糖修饰使絮凝剂具备阳离子性质,借助壳聚糖黏结架桥和电中和能力,絮凝剂能够破坏小球藻的分散状态,絮凝效率显著提高,具备较大的应用价值。Chitosan-modified attapulgite was used as a flocculant to study its flocculation performance and mechanism on chlorella.The results show that the optimal flocculation conditions are:the ratio of chitosan to attapulgite is 1∶2,the pH is 5,the dosage is 0.5 g/L,the sedimentation time is 2 h,and the flocculation rate can reach 88.7%.The SEM test results showed that the surface area of attapulgite after modification increased,which was conducive to chlorella adsorption.The Zeta potential result showed that chitosan modification enable the flocculant to possess cationic property,and with the help of chitosan bonding bridging and electric neutralization ability,it could destroy the dispersion status of chlorella and significantly improve the flocculation efficiency.Chitosan-modified attapulgite has great practical application value in engineering.
