摘 要:研究了由前置定子、转子和导管组成的泵喷推进器的敞水特性和流动干扰,数值模拟两种不同尺度推进器的流动特性,分析各组成部分的尺度效应.数值方法采用自研的CFD软件HUST-Ship,使用结构化重叠网格对求解域进行离散,用有限差分法对SST k-ω湍流模型进行数值离散.分别监测转子、前置定子、导管上的推力系数和转矩系数,小尺度下的数值计算结果与试验数据吻合良好.为了分析不同尺度下的差异,数值模拟了大尺度模型,并进行了网格独立性和时间步长独立性的验证.对比不同尺度的计算结果,并分析大、小尺度的无因次速度场和压力场,发现推进器各部分均存在尺度效应.This paper presents numerical studies on the open water characteristic of a pump jet propulsor consist of pre-swirl stators, rotors and duct. Simulation was performed on two scales of the pump jet to research the scale effect. The self-developed viscous CFD code HUST-Ship is used for the numerical simulation. The structured overlapping grid and SST k-ω turbulence model was employed. The rotors, pre-swirl stators and duct were monitored separately in order to understand the effect on the thrust coefficient and the torque coefficient. Results of small-scale simulation are in agreement with experimental data. Simulation on large scale pump jet was also completed and the grid independence and time step independence are verified. Scale effect of the pump jet propulsor is analyzed, which can be found among rotors, stators and the duct by investigating the dimensionless velocity field or dimensionless pressure field.
