摘　　要：本文从视频融合大数据的发展背景、总体设计思路、智能应用场景设计和社会效益等几个方面对视频监控融合大数据在市域社会治理现代化应用中进行了探讨。The paper explores the application of integrated big data of video surveillance in the modernization of social governance in administrative region of a city,it specifically refers to the development background,the overall design idea,the design of intelligent application scenario and the social benefits.
