摘　　要：本研究以244名高校辅导员为调查对象,以问卷调查的方式考察了生活事件、应对方式、社会支持与心理健康的关系,并构建了其与心理健康的关系模型。多元逐步回归分析表明,消极应对、学习事件、健康事件、他人支持和工作与经济事件可预测高校辅导员心理健康变异量的26.6%(F=24.516,p<0.05)。路径模型进一步显示:(1)直接效应:对心理健康有直接影响的变量按影响大小依次为消极应对(0.32)、学习事件(0.17)、健康事件(0.17)、他人支持(-0.17)、工作与经济(0.12);(2)间接效应:工作与经济事件(0.06)最终通过消极应对对心理健康产生间接地影响;(3)总效应:按影响大小依次为:消极应对、工作与经济事件、学习事件、健康事件、他人支持。因此,本研究的结论为,生活事件不仅对心理健康产生直接影响,也可通过应对方式对心理健康产生间接影响。This study establishes a mental health mode by investigating effects of psychological stress factors such as life events,coping styles,social support on mental health based on questionnaires from 244 college student advisors.Multiple stepwise regression analysis shows that negative coping,learning events,health events,support from others,and work and economic events can predict 26.6%of the variance of college student advisors'mental health(F=24.516,P<0.05).The path model further shows that variables that have a direct impact on mental health are affected by the negative response(0.32),learning events(0.17),health events(0.17)and others support(-0.17),while work and economic events(0.06)indirectly effects on mental health.Therefore,it is concluded that life events not only have a direct impact on mental health,but also indirectly affect the mental health through coping style.
