摘　　要：在数字信息资源长期保存的过程中,相关法律在调整其社会关系时所形成的权利和义务关系就是数字信息资源长期保存法律关系,这一法律关系是调整性的法律关系。文章明晰了数字信息资源长期保存法律关系中的相关主体,即呈缴者、保存者、管理者、使用者,分析了数字信息资源长期保存法律关系的特征,并探讨了数字信息资源长期保存中保存者与其他三类主体之间的法律关系。The legal relationship in the long-term preservation of digital information resources is the relationship between rights and obligations formed when relevant laws adjust their social relations,which is an adjustment legal relationship.The paper clarifies the relevant subjects in the legal relations of the long-term preservation of digital information resources,namely,the payers,the preservers,the managers and the users,analyzes the characteristics of the legal relationship of long-term preservation of digital information resources,and discusses the legal relationship between the preservers and the other three types of subjects in the long-term preservation of digital information resources.
