摘 要:针对某含钛难处理铀矿石,通过开展浸出剂浓度、浸出温度、氧化剂用量、氧分压、浸出时间、矿石粒度等条件试验,确定了适合该矿石的酸法加压浸出工艺路线。研究得到的浸出工艺路线,可有效降低浸出余酸和提高铀浸出率。Research testing was carried out on a titanium-bearing uranium ore to solve the problems of poor leaching efficiency.The suitable pressure acid leaching process is determined based on the pressure acid leaching experimental study of leaching agent concentration,leaching temperature,oxygen fractional pressure,leaching time and ore granularity,etc.And the leaching process demonstrates many merits such as lowering residual acid,improving the uranium extraction and decreasing acid consumption.
