摘 要:通过衬里试板腐蚀试验,对比衬里试板腐蚀前后的附着力、耐磨性以及老化程度,分析了PO、环氧玻璃钢、玻璃鳞片、聚氨酯涂料ANTO1001、聚氨酯涂料ANTO6001衬里材料的耐腐蚀性能。结果显示聚氨酯涂料ANTO1001的耐腐蚀性能最优。通过实验室和生产现场试验验证了该材料的耐腐蚀可靠性,本研究结果为某地浸铀矿山离子交换塔防腐衬里选材提供了方向。Corrosion resistance performance of five lining materials,including PO(Polyolefine),FRP(fiber reinforced plastics),glass flake,polyurethane coating ANTO1001 and polyurethane coating ANTO6001,have been researched by using corrosion test,adhesion test,wear resistance test and aging characteristic evaluation.The results show that the polyurethane coating ANTO1001 is the optimal lining material,considering its corrosion resistance performance.Further more,corrosion resistance reliability has been proved through laboratory test and production condition test,which provide a reference for the lining material selection in ion-exchange tower of a uranium mine.
