摘 要:针对机械产品设计方案种类繁多,却不易选出最优的方案,介绍一种适合于产品设计的功能建模方法理论。首先,分析产品的总功能,以及实现总功能的分功能,建立功能结构模型。然后,寻找各分功能的实现原理,针对每个分功能,找出一系列作用原理,在各分功能中,任选一种原理进行组合,可得到多个原理解;最后,用Petri网建模方法,有条理性的描述产品功能模型,选出最优解。以绕簧机为实例,验证该理论的可行性。As it is very hard to choose the optimal scheme from so many design proposals of mechanical product,a functional modeling method theory suitable for product design is introduced in this paper.Firstly,the main function of product and its sub-functions are analyzed,and the structural module of function is established.Then,the realization principle of each sub-function is searched;in each sub-function,one theory is selected and composed to get many theoretical solutions.Finally,the production funtion module is described methodically by using the Petri net modeling method so as to choose the beat solution.The feasibility of the theory is verified by taking the torsion machine as an example.
