摘 要:提供一种关于轨道交通车辆单元制动器产品设计中补偿停放制动力衰减的设计方案及其计算方法。该方案采用变放大倍率的弧线代替等放大倍率直线以补偿因弹簧工作高度变大力值降低造成的制动力衰减。介绍的计算方法充分考虑了工程实践中的多种影响因素(如机构刚度、尺寸公差、理论间隙等),利用Excel软件,将各变量进行参数化替代后迭代计算求解。基于计算结果和设计目标,结合CAD软件作图法反向推导作用曲线,以达到产品输出力稳定的效果。This paper presents a design scheme and its calculation method for compensating parking brake force attenuation in rail transit vehicle unit brake product design.In this scheme,the variable magnification arc is used instead of equal magnification straight line to compensate the braking force attenuation caused by the reduction of force value of the spring working height.The calculation method introduced in this paper fully considers various influencing factors in engineering practice(such as stiffness of mechanism,dimensional tolerance,theoretical gap,etc.),using the Excel software to perform iterative calculation and solution of each variable after parametric substitution.Based on the calculation results and design objectives,the function curve is derived reversely with the CAD software drawing method,so as to achieve the effect of stable output force.
