摘 要:板式换热器服役时易在板片的波纹顶端发生腐蚀泄露,查明其泄露原因有助于为同类失效分析案例的提供指导。通过金相检验,耐腐蚀性能测试,物相分析等手段研究了304L不锈钢冷冲压波纹板片的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,随着减薄率的增大,形变诱导马氏体含量也随之增多,导致其自腐蚀电位变小,抗点腐蚀性能变差。形变诱导马氏体含量最多的部位为板片波纹顶端,由于形变诱导马氏体的存在,容易引起点腐蚀,从而造成板式换热器泄露失效。研究结果可为同类换热器的失效原因分析提供借鉴,有助于模具设计参数的优化。The plate heat exchanger was prone to corrosion and leakage at the corrugated top of the plate when it was in service,and determining the cause of the leak would be helpful to provide guidance for the similar failure analysis cases.The corrosion resistance of cold stamping corrugated sheet of 304L stainless steel was studied by means of the metallographic examination,corrosion resistance test and XRD analysis.The results show that the content of deformation induced Martensite increases with the increase of thinning ratio,which leads to the decrease of self-corrosion potential and the deterioration of corrosion resistance.The most abundant part of deformation induced Martensite transformations is the corrugated top of the sheet;because of the existence of Martensite,it is easy to cause pitting corrosion which will result in the leakage failure of plate heat exchanger.The research results could provide reference for the failure analysis of the similar heat exchangers and help to optimize the design parameters of the mould.
