摘 要:针对航空活塞发动机机匣结合面上出现微小坑孔的问题,通过对坑孔的三维轮廓分析、微观形貌分析以及纵切面纳米压痕测试,结合机匣所承受的载荷以及结构特点分析,确定产生坑孔的原因是结合面间的往复移动形成微动磨损。为防止或减缓微动磨损,提出了预防措施,可减少机匣渗漏滑油故障,延长机匣使用寿命。In terms of the questions that tiny pit holes have been found at the mating surfaces of the aviation piston engines,and in combination with the analysis of crankcase load tolerance and structural feature,it could be concluded through the 3D-profile and micro-morphology analysis as well as the longitudinal section nanoindentation test of the dents that the cause of the pit holes is the fretting wear caused by the reciprocating movement between the mating surfaces.To avoid or to slow down the fretting wear,some precautionary measures have been put forward in this paper so as to reduce the leakage oil fault and prolong the service life of the casing.
