摘  要:以可视钓鱼诱饵装置为对象,开展了基于3D打印技术的产品结构设计与试制。利用三维软件对可视钓鱼诱饵装置进行结构设计,采用3D打印技术来验证产品的性能及效果,根据试制产品的体验效果,再对产品进行结构优化与制作。实践证明,基于3D打印技术的产品设计与制作,可抛开传统机械制造技术的限制,可天马行空的去构思产品,从而实现设计目标,缩短产品研发与制造时间,降低产品研发与制造成本,从而使部分机械产品抛开传统机械制造方法,探索3D打印技术直接制造产品的可行性。Taking the visual fishing bait device as the object,the product structure design and trial production based on the 3D printing technology are carried out in this article.Three-dimensional software is used to design the structure of visual fishing bait device,and 3D printing technology is used to verify the performance and effect of the product.According to the experience effect of the trial product,the structure of the product is optimized and manufactured.Practice has proved that the product design and production based on 3D printing technology can get rid of the limitations of traditional mechanical manufacturing technology,and can conceivably conceive products,so as to achieve design goals,shorten product development and manufacturing time,reduce product development and manufacturing costs.As a result,some mechanical products could abandon the traditional mechanical manufacturing methods and explore the feasibility of direct manufacturing of the 3D printing technology.
