摘 要:通过分析煤炭开采业及矿井采空区的特点,研究设计了一种用于防治采空区煤自燃的胶体阻化泡沫制备装置。首先提出总体设计方案,进而确定装置构件,完成装置设计制造。针对节能要求,以矿井高压水和N2作为动力源设计,设计了两级发泡装置,分别进行了装置试验测试和工业测试,通过测试结果得出本装置在煤自燃防治中效果显著,节能省耗、安全可靠,安装操作方便,此装置有良好的应用前景。By analyzing the characteristics of coal mining industry and the characteristics of mine goaf,a colloidal blocking foam preparation device for preventing spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf is studied and designed in this paper.Firstly,the design idea and overall design scheme are put forward,and then components of the device are determined to complete the design and manufacture of the device.According to the requirements of energy saving,the two-stage foaming device is designed with high-pressure water and N2 as the power source.The device test and industrial test are carried out respectively.The test results show that the device has remarkable effect in the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion,energy saving;it is safe and reliable,and convenient in installation and operation.The device has a good application prospect.
