摘  要:针对薄壁圆环类产品结构刚性差、车削发颤、甚至无法正常加工等问题,提出了一种基于莫氏锥度自锁紧原理的工装方案。通过工装体与车床主轴莫氏锥孔自锁紧方式固定,结合扇形爪采取一撑一拉的方式夹持工件,顺利解决了薄壁圆环类产品车削难题。该工装的设计思路对类似薄壁件制造具有很好的借鉴意义。Aiming at the problems of poor structural rigidity,turning chatter and even unable to process normally of thin-walled ring products,a tooling scheme based on the Morse taper self-locking principle is proposed in this paper.The turning problem of thin-walled ring products is solved successfully by fixing the fixture body and lathe spindle Morse taper with self-locking way,and clamping the workpiece with the sector claw by means of one support and one pull.The design idea of the tooling has a good reference for manufacturing of the similar thin-walled parts.
