摘  要:分析了直流电在高电压下的电弧特性,结合公司开发的直流接触器产品,介绍了一种提高直流接触器灭弧能力的灭弧系统方案和有效缩小产品体积的设计方案,将灭弧装置设计改进为串励磁吹线圈灭弧+永久磁铁灭弧+“U”型触头强吹磁灭弧三结合的灭弧系统,将触头结构设计为双断点直动式结构,将电磁系统的设计改进为双线圈电磁结构,通过对接触器产品进行接通和分断、约定操作及电寿命等相关电性能试验验证,产品灭弧能力大幅提升,产品体积减小40%,适应直流接触器高可靠性、小型化发展趋势的要求,对提升直流接触器设计研发、提高接触器分断能力和电气寿命、降低接触器体积都具有借鉴意义。In this article,the arc characteristics of DC under high voltage is analyzed;combining with the DC contactor products developed by the company,an arc extinguishing system plan to improve the arc extinguishing capacity of the DC contactor and a design plan to effectively reduce the product volume is then introduced.The design of arc extinguishing device is improved to a three-combined arc extinguishing system of series excitation blowing coil arc extinguishing+permanent magnet arc extinguishing+"U"type contact strong blowing magnetic arc extinguishing.The contact structure is designed as double-breakpoint direct-acting structure,while the design of electromagnetic system is improved to double-coil electromagnetic structure.Through the related tests such as contactor product connection and breaking,agreed operation and electrical life,the arc extinguishing capacity of contactor products has been greatly improved,and the product volume is reduced by 40%,which meets the requirements of high reliability and miniaturization of DC contactors.It has reference significance for improving the design and development of DC contactor,enhancing the breaking capacity and electrical life of DC contactors,and reducing the volume of contactors.
