摘 要:对旋通风机是煤矿开采等广泛应用的通风设备。随着通风距离的增加,对旋通风机的风量减小,对于电机的功率提出了较高的要求。使用中,对旋通风机两级电机之间的分配常存在着相互不匹配的问题,造成对旋通风机的使用故障。依据某型号对旋通风机,对不同工况下的叶片安装角度及功率分配的变化进行了试验分析。结果表明,不同工况下的叶片安装角度对电机的功率匹配要求不同,在实际使用中,要综合考虑实际需求,确定合理的功率匹配,提高对旋通风机的性能。Counter-rotating fan is widely used as the ventilation equipment in coal mining.With the increase of ventilation distance,the air volume of the rotary fan decreases,and higher requirements are put forward for the power of the motor.In operation,there is often a mismatch between the two stages of the counter rotating fan,which would result in the use failure.According to a certain type of contral-rotating ventilator,the variation of blade installation angle and power distribution under different working conditions is analyzed.The results show that the installation angles of blades under different working conditions have different requirements on the power matching of the motor.In practical use,it is necessary to consider the actual requirements comprehensively to determine the reasonable power matching and improve the performance of the counter rotating ventilator.
