摘  要:为了了解不同有机物料对宁夏盐碱地土壤微生物数量及酶活性的影响,设置了对照、秸秆、生物炭、药渣、腐熟牛粪、糠醛渣、商品有机肥、常规化肥等8种不同处理。结果表明:施用有机物料可以显著增加土壤微生物数量,其中秸秆(ST)处理的硝化细菌数量和反硝化细菌数量显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),比对照分别高出163.67%和147.44%;药渣(YZ)处理的真菌数量和有机磷细菌数量显著高于其他处理,比对照分别高出181.67%和299.89%;腐熟牛粪(CD)处理的细菌数量和放线菌数量最高,显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),分别比对照高出315.46%和3.82%;商品有机肥(OF)处理的亚硝酸细菌数量较高,比对照高出87.75%。In order to discover the effect of different organic materials on soil microbial quantity in saline-alkali soil in Ningxia,8 treatments including control,straw,biochar,pharmaceutical residue,decayed cow manure,furfural residue,commercial organic fertilizer and conventional fertilizer were set.The results showed that the application of organic materials significantly increased the number of soil microorganisms,the number of nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria of straw treatment(ST)were significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05),which were 163.67%and 147.44%higher than the control,respectively;The number of fungi and organophosphorus bacteria were treated with YZ significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05),which were 181.67%and 299.89%higher than the control,respectively.The number of bacteria and actinomycetes were the highest under the decaying cow manure(CD)treatment,which were significantly higher than other treatments(P<0.05),315.46%and 3.82%higher than the control,respectively.The number of nitrite bacteria in commercial organic fertilizer treatment was significantly higher than other treatments,which was 87.75%higher than the control.
