摘  要:三氟三氯乙烷是制冷剂生产的中间原料,由于其低沸点,易固化,一直是在线分析的难点。此次设计的R113a在线色谱分析及预处理装置,采用高温气化伴热,两路样品循环高温进样分析。经验证,在流路吹扫30 min后,分析样品数据具有代表性。实验室色谱分析和在线色谱分析连续25d的跟踪分析数据的一致,表明该系统能够及时有效的分析出样品数据。在线色谱分析及预处理系统的应用,提升了装置分析的自动化水平,保障了员工的职业健康,降低了企业的人工成本。Trifluorotrichloroethane is an intermediate raw material for refrigerant production.Due to its low boiling point and easy solidification,it has always been a difficult point in online analysis.The online chromatographic analysis and pretreatment device designed to analyze R113a this time used high-temperature vaporization and heat tracing,and two-way sample loop high-temperature injection analysis.It has been verified that the analysis sample data is representative after 30 minutes of purging the flow path.The consistency between the laboratory chromatographic analysis and the online chromatographic analysis tracking analysis data for 25 consecutive days shows that the system can analyze the sample data in a timely and effective manner.The application of on-line chromatographic analysis and pretreatment system improves the analysis automation level of the device,protects the occupational health of employees,and reduces the labor cost of the enterprise.
