肛周脓肿患者黄连解毒汤联合阿奇霉素治疗的有效性及对患者血清ET、TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨肛周脓肿患者黄连解毒汤联合阿奇霉素治疗的有效性及对患者血清ET、TNF-α水平的影响效果。方法:选取本院2019年6月-2020年6月收治的肛周脓肿患者94例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组47例。对照组应用阿奇霉素治疗,研究组黄连解毒汤联合阿奇霉素治疗。对两组治疗效果、体温、血清ET水平、血清TNF-α水平及不良反应情况进行比较。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组体温、血清ET、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组体温优于对照组,研究组血清ET、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用黄连解毒汤联合阿奇霉素治疗肛周脓肿,效果明显,可以有效缓解肛周脓肿患者的症状,同时,并发症较少,安全性高,并有效降低炎症因子,进而促进内毒素吸收,在临床上值得进一步应用推广。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of perianal abscess and its effect on serum ET and TNF-αlevels.Method:A total of 94 patients with perianal abscess in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,and the study group was treated with Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Azithromycin.The treatment effect,body temperature,serum ET,TNF-αlevels and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the body temperature,serum ET and TNF-αlevels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the body temperature of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the serum ET and TNF-αlevels of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of perianal abscess,Huanglian Jiedu Decoction combined with Azithromycin has obvious effect,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with perianal abscess.At the same time,it has less complications,high safety,and effectively reduces inflammatory factors,thus promoting endotoxin absorption.It is worthy of further application and promotion in clinical practice.
