从“伏毒-痰瘀-正虚”理论刍议“治未病”思想在乳腺癌癌前病变中的应用

摘　　要：乳腺癌癌前病变可以阻断和逆转,中医药在防治乳腺癌癌前病变有着独特的优势与广阔的前景。文章认为乳腺癌癌前病变在于正气亏虚,伏毒内蕴,毒痰瘀互结于乳络,邪正相搏,毒邪渐炽,正气渐虚。"治未病"思想是一种先进和超前的预防思维与理念,对疾病的防治有着重要的指导价值。基于"伏毒-痰瘀-正虚"理论,分别从"未病先防,着眼于养生防毒""既病防变,着眼于祛邪解毒""瘥后防发,着眼于补虚缓攻"三个方面探讨"治未病"思想在防治乳腺癌癌前病变中的指导意义。Precancerous lesions of breast cancer can be blocked and reversed.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of breast cancer precancerous lesions broad prospects.It is considered that the precancerous lesions of breast cancer are due to deficiency of vital Qi,accumulation of latent toxin,mutual combination of toxin,phlegm and blood stasis in the mammary collaterals.Fighting with each other,the poison and evil gradually become blazing,and the healthy Qi is gradually deficient."Preventive treatment" is an advanced and advanced preventive thinking and concept.It has important guiding value.Based on the theory of "Latent Toxin,Phlegm and Stasis,and Psoriasis",this paper discusses the guiding significance of "preventive treatment" in the prevention and treatment of precancerous lesions of breast cancer from three aspects of "prevention before disease,focusing on health preservation and antitoxicity""prevention of both diseases,focusing on eliminating pathogenic factors and detoxification""prevention after the onset of pain,focusing on tonifying deficiency and slowing down attack".
