摘　　要：介绍两起因走错间隔发生误操作导致人身伤亡事故的惨剧,反思6 kV厂用系统设备排列上存在的不足,并提出优化建议,希望设计单位在设计过程中将防止运行人员误操作作为设计重点予以考虑,避免投运后运行人员误操作恶性事故的发生。This paper introduces two tragic accidents that cause casualties due to wrong interval and fault operation,rethinks profoundly on the shortcomings in the arrangement of 6 kV auxiliary power system equipment,and puts forward the optimization suggestions,in hoping for design organizations to take into account the prevention of error operation as a focus during design,and to avoid the occurrence of malignant accidents due to operators’false operation.
