摘　　要：我国的乡村法治建设,正经历着从传统向现代的过渡。这一转型和过渡时期中存在多种矛盾相互交织的现象,该现象限制了我国乡村法治建设的进一步发展。为充分发挥法治在乡村社会中的作用,文章介绍了乡村社会法治建设的概念,分析了在乡村法治建设的发展历程中影响乡村法治建设发展的主要因素,并在此基础上提出乡村法治建设的优化措施,以期为乡村法治建设提供初步参考。The construction of rural rule of law in our country is undergoing the transition from tradition to modern. In this transition and transition period, there are many contradictions intertwined, which limits the further development of rural rule of law in China. In order to give full play to the role of the rule of law in rural society, this paper introduces the concept of the construction of the rule of law in rural society, and analyzes the main factors that affect the development of the construction of the rule of law in rural society.
